Terms & Conditions for Online Exhibitions and Events

These Terms & Conditions apply to all online exhibitions, solo shows, group exhibitions, competitions, and special online events organized by Chakra V Art Gallery.
By participating in any event, the artist agrees to the following:

1. Exhibition Duration

1. Online Solo Exhibitions run for 30 days.


2. Group Exhibitions or special events may vary in duration depending on the event format.


3. Dates are confirmed and communicated to the artist beforehand.

2. Concurrent Exhibitions

1. Chakra V Art Gallery may host up to 2 Online Solo Exhibitions at the same time.


2. Group exhibitions, award events, and special showcases may also run simultaneously alongside solo shows.


3. All exhibitions are treated as independent events and do not restrict or interfere with each other.

3. Artwork Submission

1. Artists must submit original artworks that they fully own the rights to.


2. High-quality images, artwork details (title, medium, size, year), and artist bio must be provided within the deadline.


3. The gallery has the right to reject artworks that violate copyright, contain inappropriate material, or do not meet quality criteria.

4. Promotion & Visibility

1. All participating artists receive dedicated promotion on our website chakravartgallery.xyz and social media platforms.


2. Promotion schedules may vary depending on the number of events running simultaneously.


3. The gallery decides the format of posts, layouts, and marketing materials.

5. Event Structure & Gallery Rights

1. The gallery may organize:

Solo exhibitions

Group exhibitions

International online events

Themed art contests

Artist spotlights

Award presentations



2. Chakra V Art Gallery reserves full rights to plan, reschedule, or adjust event formats if needed.


3. Participation does not guarantee awards or recognitions unless clearly specified.

6. Artist Responsibilities

1. Artists must provide accurate personal information and artwork details.


2. Submissions must be made within the announced deadlines.


3. Artists must communicate respectfully and professionally with the gallery team.


4. Any request for exclusive exhibition periods must be discussed and approved in advance.

7. Certificates & Deliverables

1. Certificates of participation or appreciation will be issued digitally after event completion.


2. Any additional deliverables (catalogs, videos, posters, etc.) will be provided only if included in the event description.

8. Integrity & Copyright

1. All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.


2. Chakra V Art Gallery may use submitted images for promotional purposes, including social media, online banners, catalogs, and event posts.


3. Artists must not submit plagiarized or AI-generated artworks unless clearly stated and accepted by the gallery.

9. Fees & Refund Policy

1. Some events may require a participation fee; details will be mentioned in each event announcement.


2. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the gallery cancels the event entirely.


3. The gallery does not guarantee sales, commissions, or financial returns from participation.

10. Conduct & Professionalism

1. Artists must maintain professionalism throughout their association with the gallery.


2. Any form of harassment, disrespect, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from current or future events.

11. Agreement to Terms

By submitting artworks or confirming participation in any online exhibition or event organized by Chakra V Art Gallery, the artist agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions for Online Solo Art Exhibitions

To ensure smooth coordination and avoid any misunderstanding, the following Terms & Conditions apply to all Online Solo Art Exhibitions organized by our gallery/platform:

1. Duration of Exhibition

1. Each Online Solo Exhibition runs for 30 days from the date of publication.


2. The exhibition dates are communicated to the artist in advance.

2. Number of Exhibitions Held Simultaneously

1. The gallery/platform may host up to 2 Online Solo Exhibitions at the same time.


2. Each exhibition is treated as a separate and independent event, even if they run concurrently.

3. Independence of Exhibitions

1. The Online Solo Exhibition of one artist does not affect, limit, or delay the exhibition of another artist.


2. Artists should understand that simultaneous exhibitions are part of the gallery’s standard operating procedure.


3. No artist has exclusive rights to the entire exhibition schedule or month.

4. Submission of Artworks

1. Artists must submit the requested number of artworks (as per invitation) within the given timeframe.


2. All artworks must be original and belong to the artist.


3. The gallery reserves the right to refuse or remove artworks that violate guidelines (e.g., copyright issues, inappropriate content).

5. Promotion & Visibility

1. Each solo exhibition will receive individual promotion on our official social media pages and online platforms.


2. The presence of another exhibition running at the same time does not reduce the promotion or importance of any artist’s exhibition.

6. Artist Responsibilities

1. Artists must provide accurate information, biography, artwork details, and high-quality images.


2. Artists must respect the scheduled date and may not demand exclusivity for a month unless officially granted by the gallery.

7. Gallery Rights

1. The gallery may adjust exhibition dates if necessary but will inform the artist in advance.


2. The gallery reserves the right to host additional parallel events such as group exhibitions, competitions, and online features.

8. Post-Exhibition

1. After the 30-day exhibition period, the gallery will prepare certificates, posts, or other agreed deliverables.


2. The artist may request another solo exhibition in the future; however, scheduling depends on available slots.

9. Agreement to Terms

By participating in an Online Solo Exhibition, the artist automatically agrees to all the Terms & Conditions stated above.
