Return and Refund Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy for Chakra V Art Gallery

At Chakra V Art Gallery, we value our artists, collectors, and buyers. Since each artwork is unique and carefully curated, we follow a specific Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly at chakravartysumita@gmail.com.
Once the artwork has been processed for shipping, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
All sales are final unless the artwork:
Arrives damaged during shipping, or
Is significantly different from its description on our website.
If eligible, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Returns
To request a return, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, commissioned artworks, or artworks purchased during exhibitions/special events are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Minor color or texture variations from digital images are not considered valid reasons for return, as differences may occur due to screen and photography limitations.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Artwork
If an artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item.
We will work with you to either:
Provide a replacement (if available), or
Issue a full refund.
