Terms & Conditions for Online Solo Art Exhibitions:-

To ensure clarity and smooth cooperation, the following :-
Terms & Conditions apply to all Online Solo Art Exhibitions organized by Chakra V Art Gallery.
A. Duration of Exhibition

1. Each Online Solo Exhibition runs for 30 days from the date of publication.

2. Exhibition dates will be communicated to the artist in advance.

B . Number of Exhibitions Held Simultaneously

1. Chakra V Art Gallery may host up to 2 Online Solo
Exhibitions at the same time.

2. Each exhibition is treated as a separate and independent event, even if two artists are featured simultaneously.

C. Independence of Exhibitions

1. The solo exhibition of one artist does not interfere with or delay the exhibition of another artist.

2. Simultaneous exhibitions are part of our standard
scheduling process.

3. No artist receives exclusive rights to an entire month unless formally granted by the gallery.

D. Submission of Artworks

1. Artists must submit the required number of artworks and details within the specified timeframe.

2. All submitted artworks must be original and created by the artist.

3. Chakra V Art Gallery reserves the right to decline
artworks that violate copyright, contain inappropriate content, or do not meet quality guidelines.

E . Promotion & Visibility

1. Each artist receives individual promotional posts on our official social media platforms and website chakravartgallery.xyz.

2. The presence of another solo exhibition at the same time does not reduce visibility or the promotional commitment to any artist.

F . Artist Responsibilities

1. Artists must provide accurate personal details,
biography, artwork titles, sizes, mediums, and high-quality images.

2. Artists must respect the scheduled exhibition dates and understand that the calendar may include multiple artists.

3. Requesting full-month exclusivity is only possible if  pre-approved by the gallery.

G . Gallery Rights

1. Chakra V Art Gallery may adjust exhibition dates if
necessary, while ensuring timely communication with the artist.

2. The gallery reserves the right to organise parallel group shows, online competitions, featured artist spotlights, or thematic  exhibitions.

3. The gallery maintains full discretion over scheduling and promotional strategies.

H . Post-Exhibition Deliverables

1. After the 30-day exhibition period, certificates, or agreed  materials will be prepared and shared with the artist.

2. Artists may apply for future solo exhibitions, subject to  availability of dates.

I . Agreement to Terms

Participation in any Online Solo Exhibition with Chakra V Art Gallery indicates that the artist fully agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
